Application Requirements
Applicants must use a Scholarships360 account and submit an essay of up to 250 words. Describe a meaningful achievement, the obstacles involved, how you responded and what the experience reveals about you.
Selection considers essay quality and scholarship application activity on the platform. The public listing states no minimum GPA or English-test score.
How to Write a Strong Scholarship Essay
Choose one meaningful experience and build your response around four points:
- The challenge: Explain what made your goal difficult.
- Your actions: Describe the steps you personally took.
- The result: Show what changed because of your effort.
- Your reflection: Explain what you learned and how you will use it.
Use specific details instead of general claims such as “I work hard.” A clear example helps a reviewer understand your contribution. Avoid exaggerating hardship or copying another applicant’s story.
Read your draft aloud, remove repeated points and check the word count before submitting.
